Shopping xD

Something that's cool in Belgium is that they got other food shops than what they got in Norway, so it's exciting to go there and see what they got =p It's also nice that most is alot cheaper here xD

Today i went on Lidl (i missed Lidl from Norway after they removed it since they got cool stuff there, for example my favorite bourbon cookies!! (i didn't find them in any other country though =s) )

I ended up buying mostly vegetables xD I also bought a can of tomatoes that i forgot to add on the picture xD The basil looks a bit unhappy, probably it didn't like to be in my bike-bag. I also bought candy/fruitbonbons! Very yummy! =D The oranges i make juice from, i dont like to eat oranges that much since i get all juicy on my hands and mouth, drinking them is better! =D

So ye, this is a typical shopping list for me xD Probably not the most exciting to read about, but maybe nice for some people to see what others likes to buy xD

Do you want to see more of what i buy or it's just silly? Feel free to comment =D

Snickers

Homemade snickers =p Very easy recipe, i think i found it on www.kakeprat.no but it's not there anymore, so could be it's on another site, oh well let's jump to the recipe the way i remember it =p

Snickers

Ingredients:
Ca 1 jar of (crunchy) peanutbutter, around 350g i guess (i use the one from green choice)
Ca 1 jar of syrup (i guess 500g, could be im wrong xd) (i use this one)
Ca 1 liter of corn flakes (lol =p)
Around 200g (dark) chocolate

Warm the peanutbutter and syrup until it's nicely mixed and liquidish, remove pan from the heat and add corn flakes and mix it so the corn flakes are covered of peanutbutter-syrup mix. Put the cornflake-mix in a small bake pan and pour melted chocolate over until its covered. Put cold until chocolate is stiff, for example in the fridge or in the freezer. Cut into pieces and serve =)

Donut/cake

This cake is actually very deformed donuts (mostly because we didnt have donut shapes, and when we finally had they sticked to it so hard that we had to eat the donuts from the shape kinda, so seems we bought the wrong donut shapes xD) but ye, in original recipe you are supposed to make donuts from it, so we call it donut cake since we make it as cake xD

The recipe i found here on veganyumyum.com (english): Mini Donut Test Kitchen
I reccomend to visit the blog for directions, and if you wanna make the donuts instead of the cake.

Here's what i did, more or less following the recipe:

Dry ingredients:
2 dl flour
1 dl sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon NoEgg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Some cinnamon

Wet ingredients:
1 dl soymilk
1/2 teaspoon (apple cider) vinegar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 tablespoons vegetable oil

First i combined dry ingredients, then i added the wet ingredients, then i poured it into a (bit smaller than usual) cakeshape and had in oven at 175°C for 15+ minutes until it was ready (i dont remember exactly the time). Then i let the cake cool, and poured over 100 - 200 g melted dark chocolate.

Lvl 70!! (on kalonline)

Starting to be some days ago now, but i finally reached lvl 70! =D Now i just need to get the 100 elements then i get jobchance to MA =D (i think i got horn already). Thanks to all who helped me! =D
My bf gave me his gear so i look (too) pro now! =D

Here i am in healing gear btw and without buffs (to explain my low hp, and high mana xD)

Todays happenings

On Monday i move to Belgium. I still didn't start packaging, but things i plan to package are: sheets, pans, food (lentils and spices + some other food), cloth, and cooking/study books. Hope i will get place for all in my luggage xD

Today i had some friends over for playing games =p We played cluedo and geni =p

Cluedo is very cool. There has been a murder, and you must find out who is the murderer, in what room they murdered and what was the murder weapon. At cottage we got the tv version or something, and that one is boring, way cooler to play it on board! =D

Geni is a question game, that makes me feel unsmart since i cant answer most of the questions, even if i learnt it at school like 5 years ago xD I got horrible memory xD But i feel good when i can answer stuff! ^.^

This morning while i was cleaning i stepped on a pin =( Ouchy!! =( Was weird to pull it out of the food =s So lesson of the day; don't step on pins =p (and no it wasn't on purpose, i didn't expect there to be a pin on the floor >.>)

Btw all pictures i found on google or ecosia search engine ;)

Cabbage rolls

I bought some cabbage or something (nykàl, dunno correct translation) since someone told me it's very yummy so i wanted to test it out, then i was thinking what to do with it, and i dunno where i came up with the idea, but i kinda wanted to make cabbage rolls, so i searched around on the net to find out how to make something like this (including how to make spring rolls and summer rolls xD). I'm too lazy to link the bunch of sites i visited since i doubt anyone click the links anyway, so i'll just post the recipe =p And yes it's created by me since i didn't really follow any specific recipe, i just looked for inspiration xD I first tried something raw, but figured something was missing and i think that something would be that everything needed to be heated xD So yes, heat it!

The recipe is for what i used/had, if you use other ingredients, or more, or less, or non of something it doesn't really matter i guess =p

Cabbage rolls

Ingredients:
Cabbage leafs (preferable big and whole ones, 1 cabbage leaf for each cabbage roll, i think i used like 3 or 4 xD)
1 carrot, chopped in long, thin pieces like matches
0,5 onion, chopped in long, thin pieces
1 clove garlic, chopped in long, thin pieces
1 dl chickpeas (i used frozen ones, if you use dry ones you must soak them overnight and boil them for a while first)
0,5 dl frozen chopped spinach (i guess fresh chopped spinach works good aswell =p)
Soy sauce to taste
1/4 cucumber, chopped in long, thin pieces
1/4 red bell pepper, chopped in long thin pieces
Fresh basil, chopped

Fry the carrot, onion and garlic in oil until soft, add chickpeas, spinach and soy sauce and stir for a couple of minutes. Take off the heat and add the cucumber, red bell pepper and basil and mix it. You can taste it if it's enough soy sauce, if not, then add more ^.^
Meanwhile heat/boil some water and soak the cabbage leafs for some minutes (maybe 5?) until they are soft.
Try to shake off the water from the cabbage leafs (or just dry them or let them dry) and place the mixture on it and roll it together and eat if they aren't too hot =p Njam njam njam =D

Enjoy ^.^
