This year i also participated in the Bergen City Marathon 5 km run =p i haven't trained much running between June or July 2017 and March 2018 so my endurance is totally nothing to brag about xD in March however i downloaded and started using the app "start running" that got me started running. In the beginning with 1 min run 1 min walk intervals, and then gradually increase of the duration of the running intervals. I also signed up for Running for Freedom where i ran for 1 hour (parts of it was walking) to collect money to work against human slavery. So in total i ran like 9,1 km there.
So bergen city marathon, i was a bit late and stressed. Waiting for the bus i remembered i had forgotten the start-number at home, so i ran back and missed the bus. We reached another bus, and i had kinda drunk like 1+ litre of water so i was worried i needed to go to the toilet during the race, and the line outside the toilet was neverending. Eventually when it was only a few minutes to start i got access to the toilet . I was ready in time, and started quite behind in the race. The good part with starting behind is that you run past more people and get an ego boost. The bad side is that there are more people in your path so you might get slowed down xD
I started slowly to not burn myself out before it even started, because the real start where the timer starts wass later than the place we started from. Somehow i didn't find out where the real start was, so i didn't know when to run faster xD eventually i increased my speed though. It was kinda nice weather during the race. Party cloudy, a bit sun, and cool temperature. Kinda perfect weather for running. The first part was kinda flat, then came the uphill. Most people who does the 5 km do it because they have not good enough endurance to do half marathon or whole marathon, which means many people walk when it's uphill, myself included. The uphill in this race is kinda narrow, so even if i wanted to run it would be too many walking people to make that possible so i got a bit extra slowed down here. After the uphill was finished i had the space to run again, and from there i ran to the finish line. Somehow the last part is the hardest when people cheer you on and you know the finish line is close because your body doesn't want to be almost finished, but completely finished, so you have to force your body to continue against its will. But i did make it in the end =D got my medal and some water too and could rest a bit. My time was almost the same as the previous year, so i was a bit disappointed because i wanted to be faster haha. Oh well, if i keep practising i might be better next year! =D

I broke my wrist!
So between xmas and new year me and my new bf was going to Voss to ski and snowboard. The first day there we slept half the day (little sleep during the night before), then went for a little ski trip that went more or less good except my skis getting snow stuck under it x).
The next day, 28th December, we were gonna snowboard at Bavallen, and that's something i've never done before, so i went to the smallest hill where all the nubies were practicing. I fell shitloads of times, and didn't get a hang of turning or slowing down.
Then one time i figured just sliding down i kinda could do, but sadly i eventually had to stop, so then the fun ended in a fall backwards where i felt my left hand got injured in the fall. My bf came to my rescue, taking off my snowboard, and i crawled to the side, laying in his arms, feeling nauseous and dizzy.
After laying like that for some minutes, i figured i needed to go to the toilet, so he led the way into the ski-cabin not far away. I was still quite dizzy, so while walking it was as though i was in a dense snowstorm. I could not see much except white, although there was no snowstorm, and i kept my eyes wide open so i shouldn't faint.
When i entered the cabin i figured i should lay down before i fainted, so i laid down on the floor in the cafeteria for a couple of minutes. When standing up again i had a more normal vision with colors. We went downstairs to where the toilets were. They were occupied, so i went forth and back between the toilet and my bf, handing him clothes.
Since i not yet had explained my weird behavior and just kinda given out orders and acted strange, i showed him my arm where a huge lump had emerged on my wrist and said "ouch". Then i went to the toilet.
I was still dizzy and nauseous, but i didn't faint. I came back out and sat/laid down on the floor, being thirsty. My bf went to get water and came back with a lady who came to check on me. I was not in too good shape, not knowing what to do with myself. She made my bf get a plastic bag with snow in so we could try to reduce the swelling, and she called the ski patrol since they were used to injuries so they could have a look at me and figure out what to do. The lady also had a little girl who was cute and tried to comfort me.
When the ski patrol came we headed upstairs again to the office where it was a bit less crowded. They figured my wrist didn't look too good and that it might be fractured, so they called the hospital to say i needed a check-up. They also made me a plate to hold my wrist steady. My bf turned in the snowboards we had rented and got my shoes, and i drank some water and talked a bit with the little girl.
The ski patrol called a cab, and we went downstairs to wait for it. The cab driver asked us where we were heading. We guessed the emergency room at the hospital, but we got unsure when the cab driver said it wasn't open yet. We went there anyway, but also the lady at the desk got confused that we came there outside the opening hours. We went to sit while she checked where we were supposed to go, and then a sweet nurse called us in. She got me an ice bag, a sling to rest my arm in, and a blanket to keep me warm after removing my sweater.
The doctor who checked me thought i had broken and dislocated my wrist, and he sent me to x-rays. The x-rays showed that this indeed was the case, i had broken my wrist in 3 places! The doctor went to ask what was the best to do about this. This took a looong while because other emergency patients had gotten in that required more immediate help than i did.
Eventually some nurses came to drag my wrist into better position. They injected painkiller-fluid into my wrist. This was quite unpleasant because the fluid went into my hand and not where it was supposed to go, so i yelled out "it's full it's full, it's exploding!!" because it felt that way. In addition to making strange noises like an animal because i was nervous. And they had to inject even more because it didn't go the right place the first time. Luckily this time it went the right place.
Three nurses came to drag me into the right position while taking x-rays of my wrist. One dragged my fingers/hand, one held my arm/body back, and one tried to position my wrist correctly while taking x-rays. When they were satisfied they took a plaster cast on me and sent me to x-ray again.
The pictures showed improvement, but they wanted me to do a surgery because my wrist was still out of position, although less after they dragged it, and to make it function better once healed. I said i would prefer the surgery to be in Bergen then and not in Voss because that's closer to where i live. They would check the possibility for that and give me a call.
When sleeping it was a bit hard to find a good position for my casted arm, but i managed to get some sleep. The next day my thumb was still numb, something i had thought was from the fluid they did in my hand, but it seemed not since the painkiller was no longer functioning, and the cast felt quite tight. We tried to loosen it up a bit to get more blood to the thumb, and i called the hospital to hear what to do and they said to stop by there later.
So after walking a bit around we sat and waited in the hospital and waited and waited. Eventually i got bored of waiting and my thumb was less numb, so i told the secretary that i wanted to leave. That made me get quicker in to the doctor, who i told my thumb had been numb, but was better now. She told me they preferred i had the cast on that i had now, because my wrist had been dragged in the position, and that it wouldn't stay on for so long because of the surgery, but i should go back to the emergency if the cast bothered me again.
Then we could leave, so we took the next train to Bergen. I had birthday this day and had invited people to a birthday potluck, and a broken wrist wouldn't stop me from throwing the party =p At 23 after most of the guests had left the surgeon called. We talked for more than 30 minutes on the phone, although it felt like more than an hour haha. He told me they would cut 8 cm on my arm and screw in a plate to stabilize the broken bones. So i asked a shitloads of questions and had comments like "damn 8 cm is a lot!!!" and "will the plate make my wrist stronger if i fall the same way again?". We also discussed which day was the best to do the surgery. The next day there was a small possibility of doing a surgery, while the 31st the chance was bigger. But i kinda didn't want to spend new years eve in the hospital, so we figured the 1st of January was a better date. He also offered to renew my cast the next day if i wanted because i complained it was hard and painful. A very kind surgeon! =D usually me being with the opinion "i rather die than have surgery", i was quite calm and not super worried.
Trying to sleep that night was horrible. I was in my own, unpleasant bed, the cast was hard and painful and i just couldn't find a position to sleep in. It was very frustrating. In total that night i might have slept 1 hour. So the next day i was tired, grumpy and depressed, and tired of the cast and the broken wrist.
My parents took me to buy a new bed. The old bed that i had when i was a kid wasn't practical anymore. It was way too small if i wanted sleepover guests, and it was impractical in regards to storing stuff under it, and the mattress needed to be changed. And my newer, bigger bed my roomies were using. So we got a bigger bed that was better for my needs. My parents did a super job installing the new bed and cleaning in the house. Sadly i was in that bad mood, so i watched a movie and tried cooking and sleeping a bit. It's really great having so kind parents who helps me out so much even though i am grumpy!! <3 <3 I hope they weren't feeling too bad because of my mood, because i wasn't good at doing appreciation, i was just too grumpy.
The next night i got to sleep a few more hours at least! I woke up by the hospital calling, asking me to come in for a CT-scan, so i went there with my dad. They checked different things first, like blood pressure and stuff. Then after waiting for very long a doctor came and looked at my x-rays and telling me about the surgery.
It seems i had broken my thumb before, many years ago. I should maybe have gone to the emergency room then too, but too late for that now. Now i know at least that you can't hear or feel if anything is broken, and it's smartest to have it checked to be sure.
But anyways, the doctor moved my thumb a bit too much, asking if it hurt, something it did, and i got dizzy, nauseous and depressed. He also told me details about the surgery that i hadn't thought about, that they must hold the muscles and stuff to the side, which sounded kinda gross and freaked me out.
Then i took a CT-scan of my wrist and we could drive home. I was sad that my thumb was hurting more and upset at the doctor for moving my thumb too much so that i had more pain now. I also wasn't that eager for surgery anymore after that encounter with that evil doctor, especially not if i would meet him again! I preferred the one i had talked on the phone with, because he seemed nice.
It was new year eve, and again i was holding a potluck party xD A couple of guests came which was nice. We watched harry potter, discussed flat earth, played carcassonne, and watched the fireworks. And ate food of course. After midnight i got kinda tired and just wanted to sleep. But i waited until the guests left. The next morning we headed to the hospital. They took some tests and stuff, then they told me there would be no surgery today so i could go back home. That was fine with me because then i could eat the leftovers from the potluck the evening before =p
Tuesday 2nd January i had to show up at the hospital again. First it was waiting waiting waiting. Then i had to change clothes, eat some pills, and then they put me in a bed and sent me down to surgery. On the way to the surgery room i got more and more nervous. When i laid in the room i even started crying. The people around me tried to calm me down and said everything would be alright. They did some intravenous stuff in my right arm that made me feel more and more sleepy or dizzy, so it didn't take long before i was asleep.
When i woke up i wanted to sleep more, so i told "i wanna sleep more, i wanna sleep more!" but they rolled me out of the room, put me in a regular bed and rolled me to the observatory room, and hang my left arm up next to me and plugged me to machines. I figured i might as well stay awake, so i looked around and was a bit bored xD my left arm was completely numb. I couldn't move my fingers, i couldn't feel them. I got some water, and just laid there for an hour, chatting with whoever wanted to chat with me (not so many). It kinda was the coolest part when the blood pressure machine went on each 15 minutes, then it happened some action x)
After an hour they unplugged me and rolled me over to another room. When they unhooked my arm it just fell on me, so that was kinda strange! I couldn't feel it, or control it. A doctor said i should enjoy it because then there was no pain. But it was so strange to not be able to feel or move my arm! I staid in this even more boring room for 30 minutes before someone took me to my own room where i had entertainment like my cell phone!
So up in my regular room i was hungry, and luckily i had brought a bag of cookies =p it took some struggles to open it and get the cookies out with one arm completely out of function and the other hand having tubes in it so my movement was impaired. But i managed to get satisfied on cookies. A bit trickier thing was to get my thirst quenched. There was a spring like 2 meters away. Sadly that was 2 meters too far, and i didn't want to call a nurse to get me 2 dl water every 5 minutes. They probably had more important stuff to do, so i waited to they arrived by themselves x)
Eventually the numbness in my arm subsided, and the pain started to emerge! It felt as though my arm would explode. So a nurse injected some liquid painkiller into the tube on my right arm, and after that the pain reduced.
In the evening my bf came to visit, and my parents. They all brought me goodies on my request (i had that junk food table next to me hahaha, cookies, cola, chocosoymilk, chips, bulgurhummus, gingerbread, blueberries). It was nice having company. Me and my bf also went for a trip around in the hospital, and when i returned to the bed i was kinda tired x) i also drank shitloads now when i had people to gather water for me =p
I had first shared a room with an older lady, but we both got transferred to a 4-woman room instead, getting 2 more roomies. That was kinda nice actually to not be alone =p Eventually the visit-time ended for my visitors, and they left me. I tried to sleep a bit, but it was a bit hard with my arm hanging up on my side. After the other people went to sleep (those who could), i figured i would watch the Lucifer series on netflix on my laptop since i couldn't fall asleep. I had fun for a couple of hours, then i got tired and gave sleeping another shot. I slept for about an hour then i woke up again and i had pain when i moved my fingers. Also my thumb was soaring. I got a nurse to come and give me painkiller, and she tried to cut the cast a bit more so my thumb would be more free. Then i slept for some hours more. The poor older lady didn't get any sleep that night.
The next morning i got kidnapped to take x-rays (they just rolled the bed with me in it xD). They wanted to take many pictures so after like 15 minutes i got too dizzy and didn't want to do more without a break, but luckily they were done then, and i got rolled back to my room. I was almost out of snacks so i got hospital food, which actually wasn't too bad =p Bread with jam and fruit and veggies, so not the most exciting food, but it was nice.
Later the physiotherapist came and cut me loose from the cast and wanted me to move my hand a lot. All this moving made me feel a bit dizzy and so, so she said she would come back in the afternoon. It was at least very nice to be free from the cast, being able to move my arm the way i wanted it and not have it hanging up next to me.
Later a doctor came and told me the x-rays looked nice and that i could leave the hospital today. I was still waiting for the physiotherapist, but it was nice that everything looked fine. The nurses also seemed they wanted me to leave because i was healthy except for my hand, and all they did was feeding me painkillers, and that i could do myself at home. So when the physiotherapist came, she got the nurses to remove the tubes in my right hand, and replace the bandage on my left hand so i could move better. She showed me some movements i could do for practicing my hand, then i was basically free to leave. I packed my stuff and changed clothes, and waited for a nurse to come so i could leave, but it took like 20 minutes before she came. Apparently there was a meeting going on. Then i was free and left to home, having my sweet bf drive me =D
I bought some painkillers (paracet and ibux) that i was told to munch 4 times a day the first couple of days so i did that before reducing the amount to whenever i feel like it. The movement is better for each day, although i'm not that good at practicing the exercises i was told to do. Also it might be a bit more pain now, maybe due to using less painkillers or because i have done some movements i shouldn't have done. I hope everything is ok in there at least! I will do a new x-ray 6 weeks after the surgery to see if it has healed properly, which i feel is too long until x) And i'm not allowed to lift anything heavy or support myself on my hand for those 6 weeks either, so i'm 1,5 handed at the moment, but seems i can function pretty well except for opening jars and some other stuff where 2 hands are needed x)
So yeah, that was the story of me breaking my wrist xD
The next day, 28th December, we were gonna snowboard at Bavallen, and that's something i've never done before, so i went to the smallest hill where all the nubies were practicing. I fell shitloads of times, and didn't get a hang of turning or slowing down.

Vegan italian potluck and movie :D
So yesterday we had a vegan italian potluck and movie event in my apartment. It was a great success! Except my celery instead of paprika swap that did in the lasagna i made haha xD but it turned out good anyway =D
The menu consisted of polenta with mushrooms, lasagna, foccaccia, pepperonata, gnocchi, and chocolate gelato =D <3 And kombucha to drink!
It all tasted very yummy! (I forgot to taste the kombucha haha)
The movie we watched was a famous Italian comedy called Quo Vado where part of it happened in Bergen Norway =D it was very funny =D
It's so cool with these stuffs happening in my apartment haha =D bringing people together, enjoying good food and having a good time!! =D <3

Maybe i should start blogging again! xD
I kinda miss blogging. It's always too long between each time, and so much that is happening. I've now moved into my new apartment! It's awesome here and we host almost weekly some vegan potluck event in the apartment <3 Today is the next one with Italian themed potluck and we will watch an Italian movie! =D I live with two Italians btw =p They hate the way i make my pizza hahahah xD
So yesterday i was celebrating "natur og ungdom" (nature and youth?) turning 50 years. So i got free cake yaaayyy =D I'm not part of natur og ungdom, I'm not even youth age hahaha. But when i was invited to eat some free vegan food there's no reason not to join haha =p
Last weekend i had raw vegan weekend challenge! It went very good even though before i started i feared i would starve to death xD But i survived!! =D i loaded up on shitloads of dates (probably ate a kilo haha), and some bananas =p i also invited people to raw vegan potluck so i got to eat some more professional food also hahaha =p Apparently I'm not a good cook anymore xD
So last Sunday during the raw vegan weekend i made a new challenge for myself this week! It was no-shop-week on food and drinks xD So far it's gone very good! I've been missing shopping, but there's nothing specific i want or need to buy so no problem there xD I might have acquired some food in non-shopping ways though, such as dumpster diving, hinting to parents I'm out of carrots, and eating at other places than home where food was served to me on someone elses bill hahaha (like the natur and ungdom 50 year celebration) xD
Wonder what my next challenge should be =p

Bergen City Marathon 2017 (5 km)
So a couple of months ago i signed up for Bergen City Marathon 2017 for the 5 km run :D It's something i've always wanted to do, but i haven't done before =p
My plan was to train for it, but i got kinda depressed and lazy so that didn't happen. So with barely any training, and eating lots of junk food (cookies ftw xD), i thought i would end up like half an hour after the previous one passing the finish line and that i would walk the whole way xD
It was perfect weather! =D Sunny with some clouds and medium temperature =D I was dressed in tights and a thin sweater =p
We had some warming up at the starting area, doing different exercises. I got out of breath and pain in my stomach and even managed to fall, so that wasn't a good sign for the 5 km running that was coming up xD
We were about to start and i went in the back, expecting everyone to storm off in front of me xD So when we started most people around me were walking. And we were kinda many people also so i walked too. The real start wasn't until later anyway, but after a while before the real start i figured it would be too stupid to walk so i started jogging =D That went kinda fine so i continued jogging =p And continued xD And continued xD So i jogged the whole time except for uphill because i didn't want to be completely exhausted from uphill running, and because the people in front of me were walking and it would be stressy for me to run in front of them xD The path was kinda flat also with not many uphills, only like two or so, and the uphills were small =D
Seems i had overestimated the condition and speed of other people, and underestimated my own speed and endurance, since i noticed i ran past people. Some people also ran past me, but i ran past more people =D I give credit to my vegan powers, going from zero to hero it felt like =D
So after running for a shorter time than expected (32 minutes 12 seconds!!!) i reached the finish line!! =D And i also wasn't super tired!!! =D I had jogged pretty slow but consistently, because i didn't want to go all out and end up dying in the middle of the road xD (some people were actually dying in the middle of the road! =o). I also didn't know how much energy i needed to save for later, so i figured it was better to have too much energy at the finish line than to not reach the finish line because of exhaustion =D
I was kinda surpriced at how quick i was xD my estimated time before i started was 1 hour xD so it was cool to finish in a bit more than half and hour and to actually jog almost the whole way! =D
After reaching the finish line i got some orange pieces and water there and then i went with my parents to get something to eat. I wanted a burrito from Los Tacos because that sounded healthy haha xD It was very yummy! =D
It was fun to participate in a race so i wanna do that again! =D 5 km is the best distance for me atm, since i don't practice or anything, and my endurance is bad xD I actually signed up for another race tomorrow! BDO-mila 5 km =p That one is in the forest and is quite nice =D I joined it last year also =D I hope the weather won't be too bad though =p I expect to run the distance slower than in Bergen City Marathon because of more uphills, but it' only for fun anyway and the most important for me is to have fun and reach the finish line and not to run superfast, even if i eventually want to be able to run 5 km in less than 30 minutes! =D

Trip to London 2017
Now I'm recently back from a trip to London. I staid there Monday to Friday, which was a good amount of time. Of course i didn't get to explore the whole town because it's huge, but i think i saw some of the most important stuff at least =D
To get from the airport i took the easyBus option, which was the cheapest option, but took longer time. There are also trains you can take for a faster and more comfortable option.
I read a bit on the bus, and after a while i napped a bit, until we came into town where the traffic was slow and unsmooth. Then i took the underground to Edgware Road and walked to the hotel.
My hotel was Winrose Hotel in Sussex Gardens near Edgware Road underground station. I had a nice small room at the top floor with a single bed and a sink. The toilet was in the hallway, shared with the other residents which was totally fine for me. Outside my room was a road with traffic, so it was noisy when the window was open. In London there are many cars and sirens, so not so fun with all that noise xP The hotel had horrible WiFi, so the first few hours i just tried to surf on the internet, but it was really annoying when the internet fell out every 5 sec for two minutes. I ended up buying WiFi access from the hotel next door for my stay to be manageable xD (ssssh don't tell them i told this xD)
The street outside the hotel was a middle eastern street with lots of middle eastern shops and restaurants.
A friend came with me to London. We went out to eat at an Indian restaurant. The food there was disappointing. Just some small potatoes with some kind of filling. So we bought some snack in the shops and went back to the hotel for the night.
-----
The next day we went on exploring trip headed towards Big Ben. We started down the middle eastern road, through Hyde Park, then somewhere we went the wrong way and ended up on Piccadilly Circus xD I was the map reader so we can blame me xD
From Piccadilly Circus we found the national gallery. Then we found Big Ben finally after the detour!
We then went over the bridge to the other side where London Eye was. We also found London Dungeon that some people had recommended to visit, although we didn't enter this day =p
At this point we were hungry so we looked around for a place to eat (and got fascinated by a street artist so we stood looking at him for like half an hour xD). I found a Latin American place on happycow where i wanted to eat, but i couldn't find it in real life, so we ended up eating at Wagamama. We ordered some curry soup with tofu, noodles and veggies (yes both ordered the same without agreeing on it beforehand xD). It wasn't my favorite meal, but it was ok. Wouldn't order it again though xP
After eating we headed back north, somehow ending up in Chinatown and some other places, before finding the hotel. I was tired from walking so i chilled, watching 13 reasons why on Netflix, which is a very good and interesting series about the reasons why a girl on a high school took her own life.
-----
Next day i walked a bit around before my friend woke up. Seems i found Paddington not too far from the hotel. When my friend was also awake we headed to Madam Tussaud where we looked at the wax figures and took pictures with them. I met very many famous people that day haha xP The place was crowded with people x) I was surpriced how many different sections there were. Moviepeople, musicpeople, politicians, historic people, sportpeople, marvelpeople, starwarspeople, etc =D kept us busy for quite some hours xD
After Madam Toussaud we ate at Zizzi's, which is a pizzachain. There they had vegan pizza with vegan cheese =D I also wanted dessert but the pizza was too big and filling so i didn't order. Sadly i didn't make it to a Zizzi's again before i left so i never got to taste the dessert =(
After eating my friend wanted to go to the Sherlock Holmes museum. I'm not that into Sherlock Holmes, and i was tired, so i decided to go back to the hotel to rest a bit. After resting for a while with netflix and 13 reasons why i went back outside to the park. There i read a bit in the book i brought, Linnea Myhre - Hver gang du forlater meg, and walked around in the park. It was a very large park, and i only saw a little part of it. Then it got dark and i went back to the hotel for the night =)
----
This day i also had time to walk around before my friend woke up. It was beautiful sunny weather =D We then went with the underground to London Dungeon. It was a lot of people in there, so we had to wait like an hour to get in. After going in we had to wait even more xP Then we walked with a large group of people and saw/experienced different settings. It was interesting, but a bit crowded xP
It was kinda nice to get outside again after it was done. The sun was still shining. I wanted to see tower bridge so we headed east along the river. Getting hungry, i started scouting happycow for a place to eat. We had found a greek place when i notice Big V on the app not too far away. Burger was more tempting so we went to try to find it. We found more or less the location with many sale stations on Borough market, but no Big V. After searching the place i found out it wasn't there, so we might as well move on, so we continued walking. Then i found a little street that seemed tempting to check out, so we went in there. There we found Big V, but they were closing down and sold out, so we couldn't buy burgers =( luckily they had some left over veggies we could eat, so we didn't have to walk around hungry anymore! =D
We then continued to Tower Bridge and finally found it!! =D I also found some cool looking buildings xD
Next stop on things to see was Buckingham Palace in a different part of London. I kinda wanted to take a double decker bus, so we jumped on the first that passed, not knowing where it would take us xD All i knew was we needed to go to the right. The bus turned left after a short while, so kinda wrong direction. We went off the bus, and i looked up on google maps how to get to the right place. We then took a normal bus to Victoria Station and walked from there =)
Then double decker bus back to the hotel and chill =D
----
Next day was the day to leave London. I woke up at 5 local time and couldn't sleep again, so i watched the rest of 13 reasons why. After some hours my friend woke up too. My friend left London first. My plane was in the evening so i walked around in the warm sunshine, dragging on my luggage, doing the last bit of exploring London.
I took the underground to Kings Cross Station and went to Vx, a vegan shop/cafe!! =D There i ordered wrap, round donut filled with jam, and a cupcake that i ate outside in the sunshine =D everything was super delicious!! =D i also bought some food to bring with me to Norway.
Then i went to Tesco and bought 18 packages with Bourbon cookies!! xD Luckily they fit into my luggage xD
Because it was so nice weather and i was kinda tired i went to some small park and rested/napped. I then went to another park and listened to music. Then i went back to the Kings Cross Station and found platform 9 3/4 from Harry Potter and a Harry Potter shop!! Kinda cool, but didn't buy anything xP
I then went to yet another small park and chilled for a bit and tried to recharge my phones using my laptop xD After a while i remembered i needed to get to the airport. My plan was with easyBus again so i rushed to Victoria station and tried to find the bus stop. With no luck. I called my parents in panic since it was 8 minutes to the bus went and i couldn't find it! The conclusion was to take the Gatwick Express train instead so i would have better time and didn't have to stress =p It was cheaper than i thought also, and very easy to use, so I'm kinda happy i didn't find the bus xD
After arriving at the airport i checked in, found some food to eat, and went to the gate. Then flying back to Norway, to the cold, dark, rain. And to my family who had missed me =)

New gym at fanatorget!! :D
I'm still inactive here, I've been a bit down lately, but I'll manage and hopefully feel better eventually =p
Today is the first day I've biked to job for an eternity!!! My condition has worsened and so has my leg muscles i feel xD After i injured my leg and maybe fucked it up more by biking i kinda didn't wanna fuck it up more by biking more xP and then it was cold and rainy and it didn't tempt to bike then either, and i was often driving to my bf who lives a bit too far away to bike xP but hopefully now it will be nicer weather soon so more biking. Or I'll have to learn to bike in cold and rainy weather again xD
I also wanna start running again. I never got good at it before though, but it's something i wanna be good at. To run for like half an hour in ok speed without dying, instead of running for 30 seconds and be totally out of breath xP
In the end of November I joined the Nr1 Fitness gym again. I try to follow a transformation program on bodybuilding.com; jamie easons livefit trainer. I now lay like 6 weeks behind it feels, having more free days than i have training days because I'm lazy or don't have time or i find something else to do xP They recently opened a gym at Fanatorget though and it's close to home so i hope to get some more training done then so i become strong, sexy and fit =D
I work less now so i should have more time for other stuff (and less money :x). If anyone wanna hang just tell me, I'm not good at initiating social stuff xP
One of my plans this year is to get my own apartment and move out =D I hope i find a nice and reasonably priced one xP Preferably big and with several bedrooms so i can have couch-surfing guests over cuz i always wanted to do that and my mom would never allow it in my parents house xD We'll see how it goes =D
I hope 2017 will be nice at least =D

Merry Xmas =D
I hope everyone has had a nice xmas this year =D
I've spent time with my family, eating good food, and having a nice time =D
For the xmas dinner i made nut roast again, and had it with potatoes, mashed rutabaga, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, and mushroom sauce =p
I also got some very lovely gifts from my very kind family =D Warm cosy socks, kitchen-stuff, a blanket, shampoo, pyjama, lighting arm band, whiteboard (those are awesome!!!) and a new laptop =D new laptop is very useful because my old one had a battery living time of like 20 secs, and the fan didn't work anymore and it was superslow =p so now i can chill without a power supply for several hours =D
Some of the stuff:
Yesterday i was at my grandma's house for an xmas party, and all my uncles and aunts and their kids were there from my dads side =D She always makes incredibly many yummy cakes, like one for each or so, and several of them vegan, so we all were stuffed xD Then we chilled and chatted =)
Today i will be in an xmas party with my moms side of the family, so i'm looking forward to that =D
I've decided this year is the last one i want to give and receive gifts for xmas. It's just not worth it stressing around trying to find something nice to give to people who has everything or can buy what they need themselves, and i don't want people stressing around for me either. I like opening presents and giving people gifts after i found out what to give (which is the extremely stressing and depressing part because i have a very hard time finding and deciding what to give). It also makes more sense to spend xmastime with my family rather than running around in shops for hours and days searching for things to give them when they just want time with me.
Also since i spend less money on gifts and have more time then, i can use that for good causes helping people/animals in need instead, which is more meaningful than endless shopping and stressing =D
Trip to Sweden summer 2016
Earlier this summer me, my parents and my brother went on a trip to Sweden. The first day we drove from Bergen, over the mountains and arrived in Oslo in the evening. Me and my dad switched on who was driving. We also had a couple of short breaks on the way, and i slept a bit when i wasn't driving, or just looked outside the window on the pretty nature =D Me and my brother were a bit sad that no one in the car had a phone that could play Pokemon Go.
I wanted to reach Oslo before Loving Hut closed, and luckily we reached it less than an hour before they were closing. We first checked into the hotel, then we went to Loving Hut St. Hanshaugen. I ordered a kebab wrap and a spicy burger, while they others ordered chic burger and falafel wrap. The kebab wrap was amazing and i totally recommend trying that one if you ever go there!!! The burger was more ordinary i though, but of course yummy that one as well.
After eating we went on a trip in Vigelandsparken, where they have lots of statues of humans. It was a nice and large park =D After a while we went back to the hotel to watch the final football match in the European cup; Portugal vs France. It was a kinda boring match, and lasted for too long i thought, especially because i was tired and wanted to sleep xD I preferred the Iceland vs France match that i watched on a big screen in town earlier in the championship =p
The next day started with a breakfast at the hotel. They had some vegan food; bread with jam, fruit cocktail, and juice. After eating we checked out of the hotel, and went on a little trip to the beach next to the hotel. It was really nice there =D
Then we explored Oslo. We saw the opera house, and the castle and the shopping streets. It's a nice town =D
The weather was nice too until we were leaving. Then it started raining heavily. So then we headed to Sweden. We stopped at the Nordby shopping center close to the border. There we ate burgers at Max burger. They have a vegan barbecue sandwich burger there made with pulled oumph that i ate =D Very yummy and a bit spicy xD
After eating we checked out some of the shops there =p They have really a lot of cool stuff, and the prices are quite lower than in Norway! We bought some candy in a huuuuge candy shop, plus some Fanta types they don't have in Norway (pineapple and mango, none of them were awesome xD) and some juices. Then we drove to Göteborg where we would be staying.
The hotel in Göteborg we stayed at was Gothia Towers. It consists of 3 towers, and it's located right across the road of the theme park Liseberg =D Me and my brother got a room with view of Liseberg =D Our room also had two double beds, which was awesome! =D My parents room was more boring with one double bed and no cool view.
After chilling for a bit we went outside, walking around in Göteborg. I ordered a red hot chorizo hot dog from Jonsborgs grill where they had a lot of different vegan options =D This hot dog was super yummy =D I'm a bit jealous on the Göteborg people who can just go and get a vegan hot dog whenever they want to =p After strolling around for a bit more we went back to the hotel to sleep.
The next day i woke up early and sneaked around a bit in the hotel, going through the tower bridges and finding a gym that looked awesome!
At the hotel breakfast i was amazed that they had vegan margarine, tartex, vegan yoghurts and plant based milks =D They also had fruits, bread, cereals and juice =D
After eating breakfast we drove to Ullared, which is a shopping center. They also got a TV-show from there where they follow shoppers around. They were filming when we were there, but we weren't caught on tape i think =p It took us at least 30 minutes to find a free parking spot, because there were soooooo many cars there!!! It wasn't fewer people once inside!! The place was crammed with people!!! This place is known for being cheap and they had a lot of cheap stuff there. I went around looking at fitness clothes, and i also bought a new bikini =p They had lots of different stuff there =D I also bought a vegan cooking book, and some delicatoboll which are nice choco-oat-balls, nöt-creme which is the most amazing peanut-hazelnut-chocolatespread ever!! And i bought candy, peanut curls, peanuts, cashewnuts, and some more stuff xD It was a cool place, but would have been nicer if there was fewer people there so i didn't have to stand in line to cross the queue everywhere xD Also the sizes there were "wrong", so small fitted for me, while normally i buy medium. It's a bit sad, because now some things are too big for me xD I was too lazy to wait in line to access the dressing room, so i just tried clothes on on top of my other clothes xD
After Ullared we went back to Göteborg and visited my dads uncle who lives there. It was nice seeing him again. He served us cookies and cake and we chatted for a while. He had lots of cook books in his appartment, so i looked through all of them, drooling at the recipes xD Later we went back to the hotel, snacking on candy and chips there while relaxing. I also worked out at the gym, doing jogging in New Zealand and in Utah, and testing out the different equipments =D
The next day was Liseberg-day =D We were excited, waiting for it to open at 11. We spent the whole day in Liseberg, except mom who isn't a fan of roller-coasters and stuff, so she left after some hours. It was many people there, so a lot of queues. We tried to limit the waiting time to max 30 minutes per attraction. It said on the attractions what the estimated waiting times were, and we could also look it up on internet. After some hours of fun we went to eat at the vegan buffet restaurant inside Liseberg called The Green Room. It was really cool and cheap!!! =D 159 sek for everything you could eat, and everything was vegan!! I ate really a lot because i had to taste everything, and then eat more of the yummiest things xD If you visit Liseberg, you gotta try this restaurant!!! =D Actually if you're in Göteborg or close by you gotta visit both Liseberg and the restaurant =D
It was a long and late day with a lot of fun!! The last hour was coolest because then many people had left, so the queues were shorter =D Down to 0 minutes waiting time!!! =p My favorite rides were Balder, Helix, FlumeRide, Lisebergbanan, Uppswinget and Mechanica =D Basically anything quick and scary xD
The next day me and my brother was tired. We started with breakfast, followed by a walk in the park. I had eaten too much, so i felt a bit nauseous. After the park me and my brother slept for a bit, while my parents went somewhere else. After i woke up i went to ICA next to the hotel to see if they had anything cool =p and they did!!!! So much cool vegan products that i didn't know where to start!!! They had a vegan brand called Astrid och Aporna there with vegan ham, sausages, burgers, meatballs, cheese, and a lot more, and that's only one of the cool things they had there!! In the freezer they had Anamma, Hälsans Kök, Oumph and Frys, and more!! I was really amazed how much cool stuff they had there and went around just saying "wow... wow... woowww.." xD The pictures only shows some of the stuff!!! They had A LOT more!!!!!
After checking out the shop i went to the Jonsborg grill again and bought another vegan sausage and a vegan donut ice cream =D This time i tried the curry-wurst. It wasn't as good as the chorizo sausage, but it wasn't bad either =p The donut ice cream was yummy and cool xD
I picked up my brother and we went to Liseberg again, only us two this time. It was fun today also, and maybe a bit fewer people, so we could take more of the cool rides without needing to wait for an eternity!! xD In the evening we got pizza delivery from my mom who had gotten vegan and non vegan kebab pizza for us from a restaurant called Old Corner =D It was a really nice and yummy pizza =D After the park closed we went back to the hotel for our last night in Göteborg.
The next morning we were leaving, so i bought a lot of Astrid and Aporna product in the ICA shop, and also other cool stuff like bean pasta, and some other stuff. Then we drove to Nordby and Svinesund and there i bought more vegan food =D Frys, Anamma, Oumph! etc =D Lots of frozen products that didn't like the long ride home to Bergen since everything melted xD I also ordered a last max barbecue sandwich to enjoy =p I think my family were a bit upset i bought so much and needed to enter every single store on the way kinda xD We were gonna drive all the way from Göteborg to Bergen in one day, so all my stops and shopping took time xP
After getting back into Norway again we ate, then we drove towards Bergen. Since we were driving through Drammen i told them we needed to visit Fristelse Cafe (which is now located in Oslo). My family didn't want anything from there, so i entered alone and I was really amazed by all the yummy vegan desserts they had! =D I ordered a vegan white chocolate cake with raspberry topping, and it's the best cake i have ever tasted!!!!! =D i also ordered a scoop of vegan ice cream that i think was made with carrot and orange and some other stuff =p It was super delicious!!! =D I hope one day they will open Fristelse Cafe in Bergen too! It was totally worth the visit and detour!! =D
We then drove the long way to Bergen, switching between my dad and I as the chauffeur and we arrived at 1 at home i think. We then took all the melted frozen products in the freezer, filled the fridge and went to sleep =p
It was a really nice trip with lots of vegan yumminess, and lots of fun =D I hope to visit Sweden soon again, because they have lots of cool vegan products there, and it's a nice and cool country =D The weather was mostly nice btw if anyone wondered x) I think i would have loved to live in Göteborg!! Liseberg access every single day, plus so many yummy vegan products in the stores, and vegan dishes at the restaurants there!!! =D <3
